UNS N08926, also known as Alloy 926 or 6 Mo stainless steel, is a super-austenitic alloy with high molybdenum (6–7%) and nitrogen content. It delivers exceptional resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking in both oxidizing and reducing environments. This alloy is designed for extreme service conditions such as chemical plants, marine environments, and offshore platforms.
